Ha ha! I am starting another blog. I am going to try and make this one just about running biking and stuff, and the other one more about FAMILY!!! :) So if you happen to read the other one, and get sick of hearing about biking stuff, maybe this is good news! I really want this one to log my training so I can keep track or progress (or lack of progress!) So my first entry is just updating what is on the calendar:
2 more weeks of the weekly race series, both at sundance
August 21st Hobblecreek 1/2 marathon
Sept 18th Top of Utah Marathon or 12 hours of Sundance, (I really need to figure that out!) This just depends on how the training goes, I don't have much time!
October 10th? 24 hours of Moab
November Snow Canyon 1/2 Marathon?
I really want to incorporate more road biking into my training, and I am looking into the Cyclocross race series. Any thoughts on those?
Well, here's to TRAINING!!! :) I just ran 12 miles on friday, and I was hurtin. I ran it at a 8:56 average pace. BLAH! Need to get faster! Thanks to Shirley for coming with me!
